Regarding the Special Heatstroke Alert:
A heat stroke alert will be issued on days when the risk of heat stroke is expected to be extremely high (heat index of 33 or higher).
When a heatstroke alert is issued, it will be announced via disaster prevention radio at 10:00 a.m. on the day it is issued, and also through Nagahama City's email distribution service.
