Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli infectious disease multiple warning is being issued　from July18 Tue. to 24 Mon. 2023

[This is the 1st issue of the year]
The weather conditions are such that bacterial food poisoning is likely to occur, so please wash your hands thoroughly, heat food sufficiently, and manage your physical condition.

[Precautions when issuing a food poisoning warning]
1. Heat food as much as possible, avoid raw water and raw food, and especially avoid raw meat.
2. Make sure to heat the meat and other food you eat. The center temperature of the food is 75 degrees, which requires heating for 1 minute or more.
3. Keep your health in mind and wash your hands frequently before and during cooking.
4. Do not leave food that needs to be refrigerated or frozen at room temperature, and quickly store it in the refrigerator.
5. Open and close the refrigerator less often, organize the inside of the refrigerator, and try to cool it efficiently.
6. Cook only the amount you need and eat it as soon as possible after cooking.
7. Always keep cooking utensils such as tableware, knives, cutting boards, and dishcloths clean.
8.Please eat take-out and home delivery food as soon as possible.
