[Reception period] Weekdays of October 11 (Wednesday) to 20 (Friday), 2023
Weekdays 8:30 am to 5:15 pm ※Until 4:30 pm on Friday, October 20

[Distribution place] Application documents will be distributed at each kindergarten, nursery school, certified child center, Infant Division (City hall headquarters 5th floor) , Kurashi-madoguchika (North Government Building 1st floor)
[Reception place] It varies depending on nursery schools, certified child centers (Long-time part), kindergartens, certified child centers (Short-time part).Please check below.
※When submitting documents to kindergartens, etc. it is necessary to make an appointment in advance.
※Applications can also be sent by mail (simple registered mail). Please send the application documents to Infant Division within the application period.

【Kindergarten / Certified children's institutions (Long hours)】
☆Children who can enter the kindergartens/institutions: 0 to 5 years old children who have difficulty in childcare at home due to work, illness, nursing of relatives, etc.
※Childcare age varies depending on facilities
□5-year-old child born from 2018, April 2 to 2019, April 1
□4-year-old child born from 2019, April 2 to 2020, April 1
□3-year-old child born from 2020, April 2 to 2021, April 1
□2-year-old child born from 2021, April 2 to 2022, April 1
□1-year-old child born from 2022, April 2 to 2023, April 1
□0-year-old child born from 2023, April 2
[Reception place] First choice kindergarten/institution.
※If you cannot submit the documents to the facility, submit them to the City Hall Infant Division or Kurashi-madoguchika (North Government Building 1st floor).
[Documents to be submitted] Application form for authorization, Application for use, Employment certificate, etc.

●Only applicants who wish to enter in April 2024 will be accepted during this period.
In addition, even if you wish to enter after May 2024, please contact your first choice facility by October 20 (Friday).
● The number of applicants for each facility will be announced on its website by the application start date. Adjustments will be made if the number of applicants exceeds the number of applicants.

☆Children who can enter the kindergarten/institution are 3-year-old to 5-year-old
5-year-old child born from 2018,April.2 to 2019,April 1
4-year-old child born from 2019,April 2 to 2020.April 1
3-year-old child born from 2020.April 2 to/2021.April 1
[Reception place] Municipal kindergartens are ones in the commuting districts. In case of a private kindergarten, the kindergarten which you want your child to enter
[Documents to be submitted] Application form for authorization
※Advance reception date and time reservation is required
※You can also apply by mail (simple registered mail). Please send the submitted documents to the City Hall Infant Division by the deadline within the application period. If there are any deficiencies or shortages, we will not be able to accept them.
