The hours and languages in which interpreters are available at Shiminka (Civic Division) are as follows.

Portuguese, Spanish: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Thursday only: until 7pm)
English: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am. to 4:00 pm.
Vietnamese: Tuesday: 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Thursdays: 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Please note that during times when an interpreter is not available, multilingual interpreting tablets and translators will be used.
