Sending of Welfare Medical Expenses Receipt Voucher

We will send you a new welfare medical expenses receipt voucher.
The new "Welfare Medical Expenses Receipt Voucher" and "Welfare Subsidy Voucher for Severely Disabled Elderly People", which can be used from August 1st, will be mailed to eligible persons in mid-July.
If you show it along with your health insurance card at a medical institution, you can receive subsidies for medical expenses.
If you meet the conditions below and have not received a benefit voucher or subsidy voucher, please complete the procedures in July.
※Please note that if the procedures are delayed, we will not be able to issue receipt vouchers from August.

People who fall under any of the following and whose income does not exceed the prescribed income
Persons with a physical disability certificate grade 1 to 3 (part of grade 4) or a rehabilitation certificate (severe)
Persons from single-parent households who support children under 18 years of age
People aged 65 to 74 who live in households exempt from resident tax
